1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an exact delivery address.
2. The Buyer must accept the goods in person. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods in person but the goods have been delivered to the address given by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to raise claims about the goods having been handed to another person.
3. The Seller delivers the goods within the periods stated in the product descriptions.
4. The characteristics of every product sold are set out in the description accompanying that product. The Seller is not responsible for the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods shown in the online shop differing from the real size, shape and colour of the goods because of the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase–sale contract, all sums paid by the Buyer are refunded, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
6. Goods usually arrive within 1–5 working days.
