You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You do not have to use this form: any clear statement is enough. The form simply helps you not to forget anything.
How to notify us
Choose one of two ways:
- By e-mail. Copy the form below into an e-mail, complete it and send it to hello@ryytas.lt. Include your order number.
- By post. Print the form, complete it, sign it and send it to: Jonas Jakštas, Žemaičių Kalvarijos g. 7, Barstyčiai, LT-98227, Lithuania.
Once we receive your notice, we will confirm by e-mail that we have received it.
Important: you must send your notice before the 14-day period expires. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after you notify us. We will tell you in our reply where to send them.

For convenience, please also give: your order number and the e-mail address to which we should send the confirmation.
What happens next
- We will confirm that we have received your notice and write to tell you where to return the goods.
- You pay for the return shipping when you return the goods on your own initiative.
- We refund the full amount paid for the goods, to the account you paid from, no later than 5 days after the day the goods are returned to us.
- Food products can only be returned unopened and sealed.
