1. Key terms
1.1. Data controller:

1.2. Customer or Data subject: a natural person — a customer of the Company (including visitors to the website) whose personal data the Company collects.
1.3. Online shop: the Company’s online shop.
1.4. Personal data: any information relating to a natural person — a Data subject — whose identity is known or can be established directly or indirectly.
1.5. Processing of personal data: any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, combination, alteration, disclosure, publication, use, retrieval, dissemination, erasure or any other operation.
1.6. Cookie: a small piece of text information created automatically while browsing a website and stored on the visitor’s computer or other device.
1.7. Direct marketing: activity intended to offer goods or services to people by post, telephone or other direct means, and/or to ask their opinion about the goods or services offered.
2. General provisions
2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to carry out all personal data processing operations to the extent and for the purposes set out in this Privacy policy.
2.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation) and other legislation governing the processing and protection of personal data, and with this Privacy policy.
2.3. The Company processes personal data according to the following principles:
- Personal data are collected for specified and lawful purposes
- Personal data are processed accurately, fairly and lawfully
- Personal data are adequate and limited to what is necessary for their collection and further processing
- Personal data are kept up to date
- All information about personal data is confidential
- The Customer’s personal data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes
3. Collection and use of personal data
3.1. The Company respects every Customer’s right to privacy. The Customer’s personal data (first name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address for the goods/service, payment details for the goods/service) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. For the purpose of e-commerce
Data processed: first name, surname, email, telephone number, delivery address, payment details.
Retention period: 5 years from the last login to the online shop.
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing
Data processed: first name, surname, telephone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence.
Retention period: 5 years from the last login.
3.2. The Customer may give consent to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to hello@ryytas.lt or by using the link in every email sent.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
As a Data subject, the Customer has the following rights:
- The right to be informed about the processing of their personal data and to access their personal data
- The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- The right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to object to processing
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the authority in the country where you are habitually resident. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (https://vdai.lrv.lt); in Latvia, Datu valsts inspekcija (https://www.dvi.gov.lv).
You can exercise your rights by writing to hello@ryytas.lt. The Company provides this information free of charge once a year.
5. Transfer of data to third parties
The Customer’s personal data are not disclosed to third parties, except:
- Where the Customer’s consent has been obtained
- To partners providing the Company with services connected to its activity (delivery, payment)
- To competent authorities in the cases provided for by law
Payments:
Payments in the online shop are processed using the Montonio Finance UAB platform. The personal information required to make and confirm the payment is transferred to Montonio Finance UAB (Konstitucijos pr. 7, LT-09308 Vilnius, company code 305698971).
6. Data security
The Company implements organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration or disclosure, and against any other unlawful processing.
Cookies are used to recognise the Customer and to collect visit statistics. The Customer can at any time review which cookies are stored and delete some or all of them. More information: www.allaboutcookies.org
