Encrypted connection
All our websites work only over HTTPS: the connection between your browser and the website is encrypted. An address entered without "https" is redirected to the encrypted version. The website ryytas.lt additionally tells browsers to connect only over an encrypted connection (HSTS).
We do not see your card details
You pay by card in the Stripe form, and by bank link on your own bank's page via Montonio. We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date, security code or bank login details.
Cookies only with your consent
Until you choose, statistics and advertising cookies are not set: in Google Consent Mode (Consent Mode v2) all statistics and advertising permissions are off by default. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings". More: Cookie policy.
What we send even without consent, stated openly
We pass the data of a paid order (number, amount, goods, without name and contact details) to Google Analytics regardless of your cookie choice, and we pass the buyer's e-mail and language to Klaviyo so that we can send e-mails about the order. All of this is described in the Privacy policy, sections 3 and 4.
The visit log is kept for 14 days
To find errors in the cart and checkout, we record technical events on the website. This log is kept for 14 days and is not passed to anyone. The e-mail address is stored in it only masked (e.g. jo\\\*@gmail.com).
Advertising tags are deleted on a schedule
We delete ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) and Google Analytics IDs stored with an order after 90 days, and campaign (UTM) tags after 13 months. An automated job that runs daily does this.
A human approves every e-mail and every refund
- A human reads and approves every reply to your e-mail before it is sent. An artificial intelligence tool (Anthropic's Claude) may help prepare the draft, but without a human's approval the e-mail does not go out. Automatic e-mails about an order (confirmation, shipping information) are sent from pre-prepared templates.

Our automation can only read the shop database
Our automated tools connect to the shop database as a user who is allowed only to read. They cannot change order statuses, shipments or labels. Parcel labels are created, and parcels handled, only by the WePack warehouse.
