In the Privacy policy we name every data recipient, purpose and retention period. We reply to data requests free of charge within 1 month. You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). More: Privacy policy.
Cookies (Law on Electronic Communications)
We set statistics and advertising cookies only with your consent. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time. We send the newsletter only to those who subscribed. We may send buyers e-mails about similar products of ours, as the law allows. Every e-mail lets you opt out. More: Cookie policy.
Consumer rights (Civil Code, Law on Consumer Protection)
- Before an order we state the seller, the final price, delivery, payment and the terms.
- Within 14 days of receiving the goods you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Food products are returned only unopened and sealed. The contract withdrawal form is provided for this.
- We are liable under the law for a lack of conformity of the goods that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years. Our voluntary guarantee for days 15 to 60 is additional and does not limit these rights.
- We reply to a complaint free of charge within 14 days.
- Buyers in Latvia and Estonia keep the mandatory consumer protection of their country.
More: Terms of purchase, Returns policy, Subscription terms.
Prices and discounts (Omnibus Directive)
Prices are stated in euros and are final. The terms of promotions and discount codes are stated next to the offer.
Food information (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011)
This regulation sets out what information about a food product must be given to the buyer. The date of minimum durability is stated on the packaging. If the product page lacks information you need (for example about composition or allergens), write to hello@ryytas.lt.
Nutrition and health claims (Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006)
This regulation sets out which claims about nutrition and effects on health may be made about food products. We follow it when preparing product descriptions.
Novel foods (Regulation (EU) 2015/2283)
This regulation sets out which novel foods and ingredients may be placed on the market in the EU and under what conditions. We follow it when choosing the ingredients of our products.

None of our products is a food supplement. All our products are ordinary foods.
Dispute resolution
If we disagree, first write to hello@ryytas.lt. If the reply does not satisfy you, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), vvtat.lrv.lt, which examines consumer disputes free of charge. The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR) has not worked since 2025, so we do not give a link to it.
Accessibility
We are a very small business, so the requirements of the European Accessibility Act do not apply to us. We still try to make the website convenient for everyone. If something does not work, write to hello@ryytas.lt.
VAT
The seller is not a VAT payer. Therefore VAT is not added to prices, the price you see is final, and documents carry no VAT payer code.
